We ship all products via UPS Ground. Shipping charges will be added to your order at the time of shipping. The typical shipping charge for UPS Ground depends on how much the product weighs and the destination.

You will not be charged until your order is shipped. Next-Day, Second Day or Three Day Air and freight shipments are also available upon request.

We also will ship internationally.

Troyer Products takes pride in our Same Day Shipping service for orders placed by 1:00 p.m. E.S.T.

Exceptions to this policy are custom made orders that are in large quantities; and, non-stock items.

Our minimum order is one roll of Hook and Loop, whether it be 50 yards per roll for sew on or 25 yards per roll for adhesive.

We cannot offer returns on custom-made orders. This includes straps and cut pieces.

A 15% restocking fee is added to all returns unless Troyer Products is responsible for the return due to a problem with product integrity or an error on our part.
